First Lieutenant Andrei Doohovskoy received his MA from Harvard University, where he researched a variety of security topics related to Russian and Soviet counterinsurgency doctrine and practice. His dissertation integrated primary sources and subsequent analysis in an assessment of recent campaigns within the context of counterinsurgency theory.
